How do I place a custom order?
Simply add the item to your cart and include your customization details (name, date, photo, etc.) in the order notes at checkout. You can also email us at hello@shorelinecustomcreations.com before ordering if you have questions.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most items are made within 3–5 business days. Custom orders with photos or detailed engraving may take 5–7 business days. Rush orders may be available — contact us to ask!
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship across the US. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after production. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns for personalized items. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What file format should I send for photo engraving?
High-resolution JPG or PNG files work best. The clearer the photo, the better the engraving result. We recommend at least 300 DPI resolution. We'll reach out if we have any concerns about image quality before engraving.
Can I order a product that's not listed in the shop?
Absolutely! We love custom projects. Reach out to us at hello@shorelinecustomcreations.com and describe what you have in mind. We'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk and wholesale orders. Contact us directly for pricing and lead times.
What areas do you engrave on?
We work with wood, slate, acrylic, metal, glass, leather, and more. If you have a specific material in mind, just ask!
